These Terms cover www.manmedicine.com, its introductory interview-booking functions, and the Academy and educational coaching offered through this website. “Man Medicine,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean ALW Medical LLC-FZ.

Read these Terms before creating an account, accepting an access offer or buying a service. Mandatory consumer rights remain in place regardless of anything stated here.

Our website content, Academy and educational coaching provide health information and education. They do not provide a personal diagnosis, treatment, prescription or emergency medical care. Reading content, taking a course, buying educational coaching or sending a website inquiry does not by itself establish a physician–patient relationship.

Discuss personal medical decisions with a qualified healthcare professional who can assess your circumstances. Do not delay care or change prescribed treatment because of our educational material. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

The separate US telemedicine practice has its own eligibility requirements, patient agreements, clinical consent process and privacy notices. These website Terms do not govern clinical care. Access to education or coaching does not establish telemedicine eligibility or guarantee treatment or a prescription.

You may use the website to book an introductory prospective-patient interview. Booking does not by itself establish a physician–patient relationship. Provide only requested contact and scheduling details in the booking form. Do not submit sensitive medical history or medical records there.

Provide accurate account and billing information, keep login credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Use your own account. Do not share individual account access or bypass access controls.

The specific offer defines the content and access granted. Paid subscription conditions do not automatically apply to free access. An express permanent free Academy access offer is not converted into a paid subscription or shortened by these general Terms.

Before confirming a purchase, review the seller, included service, price, currency, taxes or fees, payment frequency and any recurring commitment. Ask us about cancellation, refunds, rescheduling or access duration if these are not clear before you buy.

These Terms do not set a separate refund, cancellation or rescheduling policy. Any specific terms you agree to for a purchase remain subject to your rights under applicable law. Contact andrewwingemd@manmedicine.com for help with a purchase or subscription.

Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel a paid subscription. Use the cancellation method provided for your subscription or contact us for assistance.

Your purchase or access offer allows you to use its material for personal learning for the duration granted, including any express permanent access grant. Ownership remains with Man Medicine or the respective owner. Do not sell, redistribute, publicly upload or commercially reproduce protected material without permission, except as allowed by applicable copyright law.

Do not use the website to harass others, send spam, upload malicious software, impersonate someone, infringe rights or interfere with security or operation. In shared features, post only information you are entitled to share. Do not post another person's private information or medical records. Posts may be visible to other participants.

We may remove unlawful or abusive content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law and rights attached to your purchase or access offer.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Marketing emails require your express opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time without losing paid or free Academy access. Essential account, purchase, requested appointment, security or legally required communications may still be sent.

Health information develops over time, and educational material may not address your circumstances. We do not promise any particular health, fitness or other result from the website, Academy or educational coaching.

Online access can be affected by maintenance, provider outages or your connection. Contact us if a technical problem prevents access to a service included in your purchase or access offer. Nothing here removes remedies or guarantees that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Links may lead to independently operated services. Review their terms and privacy notices before using them. A link does not by itself endorse all of the destination's content.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to services or legal requirements. For changes affecting existing agreements, we will provide notice and obtain agreement when required by applicable law. A website update alone does not remove rights attached to a purchase or access offer already accepted.
