We respect your privacy and your inbox. We do not sell or rent your personal information or email address, or give them to other businesses for their own marketing. We send Man Medicine marketing only if you expressly opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Operating the website and delivering services requires certain information to be handled by service providers. This policy explains those uses and the legal disclosures that may be necessary.

This policy covers www.manmedicine.com, website inquiries, the Academy, educational coaching and contact and scheduling information for prospective-patient interviews booked through the website. Actual clinical care and clinical records handled by the separate US telemedicine practice are subject to its own patient privacy notices and agreements. This policy is not a clinical Notice of Privacy Practices.

Depending on how you use our services, we handle:

• Contact and account information, including your name, email address, account details and communication preferences.
• Purchase and service information, including billing details, payment status, bookings and membership access.
• Information you send in inquiries, support requests and educational communications, and content you choose to post in shared features.
• Technical and activity information from the website and its providers, such as IP address, device or browser details, pages used, login activity and interaction with course material.

We use this information to provide requested content and services, manage accounts and purchases, arrange requested interviews, answer questions, address technical problems, maintain security, keep necessary business records and meet legal obligations. We request consent where the applicable law requires it; simply visiting the website does not constitute consent to every use of information.

Payment information is handled through the payment service used at checkout. Do not email card details, passwords or identity documents. Do not submit sensitive medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, medication lists, test results or medical records through interview-booking forms, general website inquiries or public posts. Booking forms are for contact and scheduling details. Use the clinical practice's designated channel for clinical information.

Kajabi hosts and operates website and membership functions, including accounts, educational content, email and relevant booking and video features. Kajabi and its service providers handle information needed for these functions. Its Data Processing Addendum distinguishes customer data processed on a business's instructions from certain service-generated and contact data handled for its own purposes. See its Privacy Notice for those practices.

Payment providers and banks handle information needed for transactions and their legal obligations. Email and other operational providers may handle information needed to deliver what you request, support the website or maintain business records. We limit our disclosures for these purposes to what is reasonably needed. Some providers act on our instructions; others have their own legal responsibilities.

We may disclose information when legally required, or where lawfully necessary to address fraud, a security incident or serious safety issue, or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. We may also disclose information at your specific request or with consent where required. These operational and legal exceptions do not authorize another business to use our customer list for its own marketing.

An inquiry, interview booking, purchase, requested delivery or free Academy grant does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Newsletters and marketing require your express opt-in.

Unsubscribe from all Man Medicine marketing using the link in a marketing email or by emailing andrewwingemd@manmedicine.com. You do not need to explain why, pay a fee or keep receiving marketing to retain paid or free Academy access. Account settings may also let you turn off product or community notifications. Contact us for help stopping optional emails.

Unsubscribing does not cancel a purchase, subscription or requested appointment. Essential messages about an active account, transaction, interview you requested, password reset, security or a legal requirement may still be sent. We will not use those messages to bypass your marketing opt-out. We may keep a limited suppression record to avoid adding your address back to marketing by mistake.

The website and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, session management, security and content delivery. Your browser can limit or delete cookies, although disabling necessary cookies may prevent features from working.

Loading externally hosted images and other content can send technical information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to the content host. The website uses image assets hosted through Kajabi and Lovable. Kajabi's own cookie and data practices are described in its Privacy Notice. Kajabi's Data Processing Addendum states that its primary processing facilities are in the United States and that it may process data in other countries where it and its subprocessors operate. It describes transfer arrangements and jurisdiction-specific protections where applicable. Information handled through those services may therefore be processed outside your country. This policy does not itself provide blanket consent to international transfers.

Retention depends on the service involved, necessary business records, legal requirements, unresolved disputes and the need to respect privacy choices. We retain information only while needed for a lawful purpose, with deletion or anonymization when that need ends, subject to applicable requirements and backup handling.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No internet service or storage method is completely secure. Keep your credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may need to verify your identity for a privacy request. Legal obligations or disputes may require some information to be retained; we will explain applicable limits when responding. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
